Service Policy

Shopping Notes

1. Please complete the full set of transaction procedures within three days after placing the order. Overdue, the shop will cancel the order without further notice.
2. All products may have slight color difference or size error, and it is normal that there may be slight fading or shrinkage after washing.
3. If you receive a defective product or a wrong product or the size does not match, please keep the label and contact the store within 7 days after receiving the product to make replacement arrangements. (For details, please refer to the return and exchange policy)
4. Romance Life Store reserves the right of final decision.
